Why can't I park/pay using RingGo Corporate on the app?

There are a few potential reasons why pay by Corporate is not showing as an option:

  1. Have you logged in with the correct phone number? Check with your administrator that the phone number you are using is assigned to the Corporate account.

  2. Have you selected the correct vehicle to park? If so, check with your administrator that the vehicle you wish to park is assigned to the Corporate account.

  3. There may be other reasons outside of your control that will need to be checked so please contact your administrator and ask them to check:

  • Is the parking balance high enough on the account for this parking session?

  • In Account Control is Allow Employees to park themselves ticked? If not, tick it and click Save.

  • Check the individual employee record: is the right phone number and vehicle assigned and is can employee book parking set to Yes? If any of those need changing, make the update and click Save changes.
